La Pulperia de Juan was created in 2024 by chef Juan Ignacio Perez Daldi, thinking about an innovative concept within the gastronomic field. The experiences he obtained throughout his career allowed him to got experiences both nationally and internationally, to be able to delight his clients at "La Pulperia de Juan", with local and signature cuisine, offering not only cuisine from the highest quality but also a memorable experience.
